American Scholastic Climbing League

American Scholastic Climbing League  (ASCL)

All middle and high school students with a current ASCL membership are welcome! Register for ASCL at https://climbtheleague.org/climber-registration-information/

Price: $28 per competitor 

Check-in starts: 1:45 pm

Competitor meeting: 2:15 pm

Comp: 2:30 pm-5:30 pm

Everyone entering the building, even if you are not climbing, will need a Participant Agreement filled out: Participant Agreement 

All top Rope and Lead Belay/Climber needs to pass a Movement checks ; checks must be completed before the day of the Comp. We are not going to be doing any day-of competitor Lead or Belay Checks. 

-Top Rope Belayer must  be 13 to take a top rope check

- Lead Belayers/Climbers must be 13 to lead a climb and will need to pass our lead check before the comp and have Parents/Guardian  fill out our Lead Climbing Assumption of Risk before taking the check 

- All top rope and Lead checks can be done at any Movement location
