Feeling stuck between V0 and V2? You're not alone. Many climbers reach a point where strength alone is no longer enough. Technique becomes the key to continued progress.
 
In this class, we focus on the fundamental movement skills that help climbers move past technical plateaus and climb with more efficiency and confidence. You will learn how to improve your footwork, refine body positioning, read routes more effectively, and make better movement decisions while working through challenges commonly found on V3 boulder problems.
 
By the end of the session, you will leave with practical tools you can apply right away to your climbing so you can move with more intention and work toward your next grade.
