
Ready to get back to training? Come start your climbing team season off right with our Pre-Season Team Camp at Movement Callowhill! This Team Camp will combine some classic Summer Camp fun with intensive training. Our coaches will put you through climbing drills and workouts that will have you feeling ready to crush in the fall.
Focused climbers ready to train both mentally + physically for competitive rock climbing are welcome to attend Pre-Season Team Camp. Ages 7+

Monday: Warm Ups, Footwork, Projecting Tactics (Bouldering + Ropes)
Tuesday: Coordination, Technique, Body Position, Agility (Bouldering)
Wednesday: Training for Climbing, Goal Setting & Team Building (Ropes + Strength Training)
Thursday: Competition Formats & Mindset (Bouldering)
Friday: Technical Skills (Ropes)
